Quebec’s debt represents a large burden we’re leaving to future generations.

The government is spending more than $8 billion to make interest payments on its debt.

This amount will increase with every additional dollar we’re putting on our collective credit card.

Quebec’s Balanced Budget Act gives a government five years, from its first deficit, to get back to balance.

We, the undersigned, ask you to put forward a plan to get back to balanced budgets by 2025.
