To Élisabeth Brière, Minister of National Revenue:

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has no business acting as both the tax filer and the tax collector. This would be a massive conflict of interest. And the CRA already has shockingly bad service – it can’t be trusted to fill out our taxes.

We, the undersigned, call on you to scrap all plans for the CRA to implement automatic tax filing for Canadians.
