To Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston,

Nova Scotia is unfairly raising taxes through bracket creep.

Bracket creep occurs when governments do not index tax brackets for inflation. Since 2000, Nova Scotia has not indexed tax brackets, costing Nova Scotians millions of dollars every year.

We the undersigned believe Nova Scotia should do as the federal and other provincial governments have already done and fully index provincial tax brackets to the rate of inflation.
