To the Premier:

Saskatchewan is fortunate to have an abundance of natural resources. The provincial government can not continue to spend those revenues as fast as they come in.

The government needs a plan to use these resource revenues to pay down debt and save for a rainy day. The government needs to create a heritage fund.

We the undersigned call on the Saskatchewan government to create a Saskatchewan heritage fund.
