Regina residents facing another massive property tax increase

Author: 1969/12/31

With the City of Regina ready to impose a 4.9% property tax hike in 2018, many citizens are outraged. This is the second highest tax increase in the last ten years, with the highest coming last year when council hit the city with a massive 6.9% rate increase. CTF Prairie Director Todd MacKay says these tax increases are not sustainable as people can't keep paying more money every year. He says the city needs to cut spending.
