ICBC to limit payouts in order to deal with $1.3 billion deficit
With ICBC, British Columbia's government-owned car insurer, expected to lose $1.3 billion this year, the government announced it would be capping the amount it pays out on less serious injuries to $5,000. CTF's BC Director Kris Sims says a better solution would be opening up car insurance to competition.
