Explaining Ottawa's liquor escalator tax

Author: 1969/12/31

While enjoying a beer at an Ottawa bar, CTF Federal Director Aaron Wudrick explains why the CTF is opposed to the liquor escalator tax announced by the Federal government. Through this legislation, the federal government will be automatically increasing liquor taxes each year without having to debate it in the House of Commons.  Aaron encourages taxpayers to go to http://noescalatortax.ca/ where they can email Finance Minister Bill Morneau to express their opposition to this tax.
