CTF calls for a major overhaul of BC's ICBC
With news that BC taxpayers could be hit with a 30% increase in their car insurance premiums due to financial problems at the government-run ICBC, BC Director Kris Sims calls for the insurer to be turned into a cooperative and/or break up its car insurance monopoly and allow private competition.
