Incumbent mayor Pat Fiacco did not respond to a Canadian Taxpayers Federation survey of candidates in Regina's 2009 municipal election. CTF Saskatchewan Director Lee Harding says it's another missed opportunity for Fiacco and other candidates to inform the public and give them a reason to vote.
