$25 Billion Ontario Deficit

Ontario Liberal Finance Minister Dwight Duncan announced a $25 billion deficit, more than twice the old record of $12 billion set by Bob Rae and the NDP in 1992. Ontario could fund in-vitro (CTV)

An Ontario report recommends anyone, including single moms and lesbians, should receive three free in-vitro fertilization treatments paid for by the provincial government.
