Regina sinking money into rec facilities

The City of Regina has plans to build a wave pool and expand or build many facilities in the city. Lee Harding, Saskatchewan Director for the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, says it would be better to let the private sector build rinks and swimming pools. If the demand warrants the facilities, they will be profitable.
