Regina dome could cost $431M

The cost of a new domed stadium in Regina would be $386 million, plus another $45 million for a retractable roof. The provincial government will decide in late spring 2010 whether to proceed. The required contributions from city and federal governments haven't been decided. The hit for taxpayers is discussed at the 5 minute mark, with comments by Colin Craig of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation and Pat Fiacco, Mayor of Regina.
