Public Sector

The purpose of CTF is to gather information, share it and act on any issues. Unfortunately, the information that you are sharing is not entirely correct. I work in the public sector, and while I agree and have seen many disgraces, you are forgetting the majority of us hard workers that, like private sector employees, are expected to do more and more work in less time. I am very grateful for my job and don't abuse it why should I be punished for others actions or inaction?

Public employee pay

Legislation required to ensure that publicly paid employees will not earn more than privet sector, including benefits. filling positions to be open tender to the general public, this is the only way to get quality people into the public sector. The performance record of the public employees is a disgrace.---Sub standard. The present pay should be reduced to the privet sector level.!! I believe that a 30% reduction in the number of employees will improve the service and reduce taxes. this applies to all levels of governments.
