Subsidies pulled from Winnipeg Boat Tour

Colin Craig of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation publicized the tens of thousands of dollars lost in Winnipeg boat tours each summer. He succeeded in lobbying the city to eliminate the subsidized tour. Now the tour boat operator wants someone to resurrect the business and save the city's boat from the auction block.
