Band leaders make more than premier

At left, a January 8 APTN debate on the pay granted to Chief Glenn Hudson. CTF Prairie Director Colin Craig says Hudson's pay, which is more than the premier's, is too high. Other panelists actually defend Hudson.

salary

As a First Nations person im really concerned about this because i know resedents on reserve

are in need of these crucial funds for housing,health care,college or university education.ect.

i encourage people on the reserves to encourage accountability and transparency with their votes.

And it should be noted that accountability, transparency,wasted or poorly managed revenues are a problem within all levels of Canadian Govt,Fed,Prov,Mun.

I hope the pundits will keep this in mind.

Help out the less fortunate

I'd give them more if they used it to: build housing that the government is being forced to fund, design and support programs to curb drug and alcohol abuse, improve education within its jurisdiction.  Give me 300 k and see what I can do with it.
