CTF Bombards Parliament Hill with Pigs

The Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF) bombards Parliament on June 15, 2010 with 75 pigs to expose the excessive pension benefits paid to Canadian Members of Parliament after only six years of service. CTF federal director Kevin Gaudet comments.

In the same report, MPs relent and say they will now allow Auditor General Sheila Fraser to audit "some" of the MPs' expenses. Fraser will only be able to do spot audits and will not be allowed to release names.
