Smart Technology has recently OUT sourced its manufacturing to MEXICO and layed
of Canadian workers and TAX payers. Now they what to sell their products to
all Quebec schools. These products will be paid for with Canadian tax dollars.

Why does a Company that does not feel Canada is good enough to make their product in is good enough to sell their product in ??
