I strongly agree with Mr. Morfitt on this one.  The victims are the ones in need of these funds, NOT the criminals and their families.  Let the criminal's families go out and get a job like the rest of us hard working Canadian Citizens.  Our system allows for far too much abuse.  It's as bad as rewarding failure as was done with General Motors and AIG!  What's the world coming too.  I personally think it's gone to Hell in a Handbasket.   Policies definetly need change.  Sooner than later.
