Nibbled to death in BC

Canadian Taxpayers Federation B.C. Director Jordan Bateman outlines all of the tax and fee increases facing BC taxpayers in 2012. Spoiler alert: it's not good news. ICBC, Hydro, MSP, CPP, EI, and gas taxes are all headed upward.

MLA Salaries, pay hikes,

I would like to know what the mla's in bc make compared to other provinces annual pay hikes expense accounts, tavel expense including the farce that they would face a pay increase freeze, education and health care workers along with many others have really had no increases for years after the contract tearup by Campbell, Is anyone aware that even after chopping 15% from our pay in healthcare that for some of us we had to pay back an increase that had been received in some prior year and it was taken directly out of our paycheques for 12 weeks, just like being garnished, Are we allowed any of this information the public is dying from all the taxes put on us by every tom, dick and harry in the province, gas, hydro, translink, etc yet we receive no increases to cover any of these taxes and increases, I am supposed to be retired but I need to go back to work

Please can we have some straight information
