Too many Nova Scotia MLAs?

Atlantic Director Kevin Lacey calls for a reduction of the number of MLAs in the province from its current 52 to 33. He adds the government should also ensure the ridings are equally sized. Kevin provides an example of one riding that has double the voters of a riding bordering it.
