Free Admission?

Alberta Director Scott Hennig joins a discussion on whether taxpayers should provide free admission to cultural and science facilities. Some suggest taxpayers should fully fund these facilities because some Albertans can't afford to attend. Scott asks if taxpayers should fully subsidize fees so the wealthy can visit these facilities for free or subsidize for those who spend their money on other forms of entertainment because they prefer them over what these facilities offer?
